As a Substitute Paraprofessional, you’ll step into the classroom to support teachers, guide students, and provide essential services in the absence of regular paraprofessionals. 📋 Primary Responsibilities

You’ll support classroom and student needs under the guidance of a lead teacher. Duties may vary based on the specific assignment or campus, but common responsibilities include:

• Assisting with daily instructional activities and student engagement
• Supervising students during transitions, recess, lunch, and arrival/dismissal
• Supporting special education students with academic, emotional, or physical needs
• Reinforcing behavior management strategies
