About Amazon Remote Part Time jobs the Role:

As a Customer Care Representative for Amazon Pharmacy, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers with their medication needs. This is a fully Remote Part Time jobs, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. You’ll have a variable reduced hour schedule, with the flexibility to start and end your day outside of typical business hours. The standard workweek is 40 hours, though this may vary based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide virtual assistance to customers and other advisors through phone, email, and web channels regarding billing, insurance verification, product, or service inquiries.
  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
  • Anticipate customer questions and proactively identify solutions during each interaction.
  • Resolve issues thoroughly, owning the process from start to finish, or collaborating with pharmacists and pharmacy staff when clinical advice is needed.
  • Deliver top-notch service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Address customer inquiries about insurance, copays, and shipping needs.
  • Offer technical support for navigating pharmacy.amazon.com.
  • Ensure timely responses to customer needs to strengthen relationships.
  • Understand that each interaction is an opportunity to build long-term relationships, not just solve a single problem.
  • Maintain customer privacy and safety in line with the company’s Work From Home policy.

Location:

  • Virtual Location – UT

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years or older)
  • At least 6 months of professional experience with computer and web-based tools
  • Ability to multitask effectively with phone and computer skills
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Over 1 year of experience in phone or email customer service
  • Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Experience in customer service or call center environments
  • Experience in the healthcare sector
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting, consistently meeting productivity and quality standards
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team
