Spectra Experiences is seeking a full-time Marketing Manager for the Centene Community Ice Center to lead venue and event marketing that drives attendance, revenue, and community engagement. You’ll own the marketing plan from strategy to execution—developing campaigns for public skating, tournaments, concerts, and special events; managing the content calendar across web, email, and social; coordinating media buys, promotions, and grassroots outreach; and producing creative briefs and on-brand assets with internal/external designers. The role partners closely with sales, tenant teams, and local sponsors to build packages and track ROI, using analytics to optimize spend, pricing, and messaging. You’ll oversee budgets and timelines, maintain press relations, ensure signage and digital displays are current, and deliver post-event reporting with clear insights. Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years in venue, sports, or entertainment marketing, strong copy and project management skills, familiarity with CRM/marketing automation tools, and the flexibility to support nights and weekends as event schedules require.
